As many of you know, our family moved into a new home in August, it is what we refer to as our Forever Home.  As soon as we moved into the new digs, we made a huge commitment as a family and welcomed a dog into our home.  

Everyone, meet Bubba....our big, bad, and vicious guard dog.

Okay, so I lied.

He's not big.

But he is the best guard dog I have ever owned!

He barks when someone walks past the house.

He barks when someone comes to the door.

He barks when something goes bump in the night.

He's just a really awesome dog and our entire family loves him.

Now, there are a few areas were Bubba is lacking.  When we first got him, he had a few issues with going potty in the house and letting us know when he needed to go out.  Thankfully we have nipped that in the butt!

We are now working on keeping him in the yard and teaching him to walk on a leash properly.  Right now, he likes to take the little humans in our home for walks.

For the last month or so, we have been using the Instant Trainer Leash in order to gain better control and for Bubba to learn who is in charge of the walk.  This leash has been working wonderfully for our little fur baby.
