American Premium Meats Pork Review

Meat, it's what's for dinner.. most nights. We are a family full of boys and they sure do love their meat. Seriously, I could probably serve just meat and they'd eat it all. So when American Premium Meats contacted me about trying out their meat products, I couldn't say no. The boys would never let me live it down!

I was sent a 10 pound pork package which included porkchops, porksteaks, porkpatties, hamsteaks, sausage, and bacon. However, they do have multiple size packages. All of their meat arrives fresh from their family farm! They offer pork, beef and lamb.

The first of meat that my family tried was the hamsteak and bacon. I knew that it would be just perfect in a homemade skillet! Let me just say that my family was quite impressed and we all agreed that my homemade Ham & Bacon Skillet was much better than the store bought ones we normally eat.

I used the rest of the pound of bacon the next morning and it was amazing, some of the best bacon that I have ever tasted! It really made our breakfast delicious.

The pork chops turned out great as well with some Lemon Pepper seasoning. We used the pork sausage in Biscuits and Gravy and that was quite delicious as well! Overall, I am quite impressed with American Premium Meats and will likely order from them in the future.
